# How to apply as an Axie Scholar?
To earn a scholarship and receive a free starter team of three Axies in Axie Academy, you’ll need to:
1\. Join [discord ](https://discord.gg/qb4bK7hk67)[server](https://discord.gg/qb4bK7hk67) then Log in.
2.Go to **Get-Roles** channel . Then click each emojis :
*Guidlers* - Citizen of the Metaverse (default role)
*Scholarship Applicant* - Axie Academy Scholarship Applicant
🎨 *Artists* - Aspiring Sandbox Academy Artists
🏰 *Guild Owner* - PlayToEarn Guilds.
3\. Go to **Axie Academy** Category. Click **Scholarship Application** channel. Then click the Application Form link and Fill-up.
4\. When you are done, Find **Scholarship Updates**. This channel is use to update managers. Type your Discord name with number together with the date you Applied.
**NOTE:** Plenty of people are waiting, so be patient in waiting for your turn.
